We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Graphic Designer to design a wide variety of things across digital and offline media with high visual impact. As a member of a fast-paced collaborative team, you’ll also need to be a resourceful learner who is technically curious and willing to research the unknown.
What you'll own:
- Creation of a wide range of graphics concepts, assets and visual treatments for product illustrations, company logos, and websites that is applicable across various channels
- Design iteratively, with demonstrated ability to illustrate concepts by illustrating examples of art arrangement, composition, typography, messaging hierarchy, and submitting them for approval
- Working together with Marketing Manager to develop, maintain and evolve brand design standards and systems
- Demonstrated ability to research visual inspiration (Photo, Design, UI, Illustrations)
- Pay attention to the creativity of outputs (innovation & beauty) and produce elegant solutions which take into account both user needs and business goals
- Build reusable and sustainable assets for the brand library
- Synthesise data into visually-pleasing representations (e.g. infographics) that complements the proposed marketing strategy
- Collaborate and set realistic time-goals to achieve project success
What you'll need:
- Degree / extensive experience in graphic design, visual design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years work / project experience with a variety of organisations such as advertising agencies, creative studios or in-house marketing/creative teams
- Strong portfolio containing a mix of designed brand collaterals ranging (and not limited to): posters, social media content, infographics, digital comms assets and decks
- Proficient with visual design tools and conceptualisation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Dreamweaver, ProCreate)
- Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions to produce effective social media strategies and designs
- Ability to plan concepts by studying relevant information and project briefs (i.e. requirement definitions)
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and organise own time, and consistently meet internal and external deadlines
- Keen eye for industry trends and design conventions
- Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes etc)
- Takes initiative to resolve and/or address potential concerns or problems that may arise
What will be good to have:
- Digital marketing agency design experience
- Experience in leading brand directions and/or brand iterations, leveling the playing field of the business publicly
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Experience with Content Management Systems (in particular - WordPress and Sitecore CMS)
- Ability to draw and has a good eye in aesthetic
- Familiar with video editing, comfortable with After Effect and Premiers Pro software
