The role:

As a freelance telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to companies and/or medical clinics and sharing with them about Mednefits. You may choose which group you prefer to reach out to.

You will be paid according to either the number of employees signed (if you are reaching out to corporate clients), or the number of medical clinics onboarded (if you are reaching out to medical clinics). 

This role is entirely commission-based, and you have flexibility over your working hours / commitment.

The commission will differ according to the target group you are reaching out too. The average freelancer will be able to earn upwards of RM2,500.

Duties reaching out to corporate clients:

  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of sources
  • Reach out to prospects via email. The Mednefits marketing team will support with email templates and sales collaterals.
  • You may use other outreach methods as well
  • Ultimate responsibility is to set appointments for the Mednefits sales team - commission is based on number of appointment set

Duties reaching out to medical clinics:

  • Cold call medical clinics to introduce Mednefits to them
  • Reach out to prospects via email. The Mednefits marketing team will support with email templates and sales collaterals.
  • You may use other outreach methods as well
  • Ultimate responsibility is to get clinics to sign up directly with Mednefits - commission is based on the number of clinics signed

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is encouraged for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Telesales, Sales
