Can I visit any clinic under the Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan?
The Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan covers your GP needs at a total of 66 panel clinics. This plan is crafted to give corporates access to affordable outpatient GP care, with the support of Healthway Medical Group and Heals Healthcare.
How do I enrol my company employees under the Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan?
Complete the form above to secure your early bird slots. Once your information is verified and your slot is confirmed, a Benefits Specialist will be in touch with you within 3 working days to facilitate corporate enrolment and account set up.
Can an individual purchase the Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan?
At the moment, the plan is only available to individuals through a corporate entity sign up.
Can I use government subsidies along with Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan?
Yes, government subsidies, such as Medisave and CHAS, can be used together with the plan, unless the panel clinic is not eligible for government subsidies.
Which are the eligible clinics for basic health screening under the Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan?
At the moment, basic health screening is only available at Heals clinic.
Are there any exclusions on coverage for the Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan?
No, there is no age cap or exclusion of pre-existing conditions to be eligible for the plan.
What if I have other conditions other than the specified conditions under the plan?
For any needs that fall outside of what is covered within the plan, you have to top-up the difference out of pocket. The Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan covers a restricted list of medications and does not cover for procedures, dental, specialists, tests and/or hospitalisation.
How will dependents get covered?
Dependent coverage is available as a separate plan purchase.
What happens if I need to enrol or remove an employee from the company?
Billing is calculated monthly based on the total number of enrolled and removed employees, with daily pro-ration applied upon enrolment or removal.
What additional benefit coverages can I add on to the Mednefits Unlimited 365 plan?
At the moment, the option to add on other benefit categories to the Mednefits Unlimited 365 Plan is not made available yet.
