We are looking for a Junior Customer Success to look after corporate accounts, take charge of customer onboarding, engage customers regularly, and ensure renewals.
What you'll own:
- Assist the Customer Success team in processing clients’ non-panel claims, company
reporting, account setup and ad-hoc tasks.
- Conduct analysis on panel transactions and non-panel claims data.
- Organise, maintain, and update team records and internal databases accurately and in a
timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage and delegate administrative task assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain strong working relationships across departments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documentation, client
communication as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding customer issues and ensure resolutions are delivered within
expected timelines.
What you'll need:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools.
- Preferably with working experience in the healthcare sector.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong team player, willing to collaborate and support other departments.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
