We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join our Sales team.
What you'll own:
- Proactively engage with targeted customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries.
- Understand the assigned market segments, to promote and provide value added services as well as solution selling to customer with the support of our in-house experts.
- Ensure strong sales pipelines opportunities from regular follow-ups.
- Apply the sales approach following the sales cycle, processes and scripts given for an all-rounded approach to objection handling and closing.
- Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set.
- Be enthusiastic to changes and continue to develop deeper knowledge and skills through training and team case review sessions.
- This is an individual contributor role.
What you'll need:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or others.
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in solution sales, preferably in Inside Sales in a corporate environment (B2B).
- The role required for the rep to be comfortable in making outbound cold calls via digital communication tools, and be on the phone over extended periods of time.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and positively in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain agile and passionate to achieve KPI consistently.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns.
- Able to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone with all levels in the organizations.
- Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving quantitative results.
